How do I go about finding who placed a hitch hiker box? I wanted to e-mail
them to tell them we found it in DE.

Usually, the contact info is in the front of the logbook. Check
there. Which HH did you find? One of us may know who started it,
especially me. Since I'm in DE too, chances are I'm the one who put
the HH wherever you found it. LOL
